Destination Wittenberg: New Student Orientation
Destination Wittenberg is a required New Student Orientation program that helps first-time freshmen and transfer students begin to acclimate to life as a Wittenberg University scholar. This one-day program begins with check-in from 8:15-8:40 a.m. and concludes by 4:30 p.m.
The program is designed to help students begin to make connections with their peers and learn valuable information about academics and student life at Wittenberg. Students and families will attend sessions with Wittenberg faculty and staff to learn about campus resources.
Destination Wittenberg Commitment:
- Provide students with information about Wittenberg services and people that will support their educational and personal goals.
- Connect students with their peers, Success Advisors, and faculty.
- Introduce students to Wittenberg鈥檚 liberal arts curriculum and academic advising system.
- Help students become familiar with the Wittenberg campus community and reaffirm their decision to attend Wittenberg University.
- Answer outstanding questions about the transition to Wittenberg and outline expectations for students.

*Please note: Registration for Destination Wittenberg: New Student Orientation covers the scholar and up to 3 guests. There will be a $20 charge to your student account for each additional guest.
